General
Since 2001 Heineken Music Hall lives up to her credo "Live will never be the same!". The concept, which is internationally refreshing, offers over 600.000 visitors a year an unforgettable night out.

It is the only venue in The Netherlands that is designed especially for amplified (pop) music. According to the experts, the acoustics in the Black Box (the main hall in the Heineken Music Hall) are no where to be found better. No other venue has been nominated multiple times for the Pollstar Awards as "Best International Music Venue". The Heineken Music Hall is far more than just four walls and a roof. For live-music lovers it is a total experience!

Security cameras
For the safety of our visitors and the security of our building, the Heineken Music Hall makes use of security cameras 24/7. These recordings are for internal use only.

Early access
We allow visitors early access in our building. Our doors usually open at 6.30pm. Visitors are able to buy a drink or snack, whilst waiting for the concert to start.

After party
After every concert you are welcome to dance some more at the after party in the Beat Box on the 1st floor. A DJ makes sure you are able to continue the concert-vibe whilst playing your favourite tunes!

Free use of toilets and cloakroom facilities
We offer our visitors free use of cloakrooms. Bags are charged at 2 tokens per item.

Wheelchair access
The Heineken Music Hall has easy wheelchair access. Disabled visitors in a wheelchair are required to purchase a so called "wheelchair ticket" in order to make use of the disabled platform. They can then be accompanied by one escort. At so called "seated" shows, the organiser of the event take visitors in wheelchairs, plus one escort, into good consideration.

Parking
Parking facilities in the vicinity of the Heineken Music Hall are good (7.000 spaces). P6 is situated directly underneath the Heineken Music Hall and Transferium / P1 is situated directly opposite the Heineken Music Hall. However, we recommend our visitors, if possible, to travel to the Heineken Music Hall by Public Transport (station "Bijlmer ArenA" is a 2 minute walk).

Parking vouchers
To avoid queues in the parking garages after an event, Heineken Music Hall also sells parking vouchers at € 10,- each, for P1 / P3 / P4 / P5 / P6 / P10 and P19. The vouchers can be purchased from the box office and point of sale in the Foyer.

Charity
Heineken Music Hall does not charge for use of toilets and cloakroom. Visitors who do want to leave a tip, can do so by means of donating money in our money-boxes. The proceeds will go entirely to the Dutch Red Cross.
